AIRPASS BRAZYLIJSKI (TAM Brasil Airpass)
Dostępny dla pasażerów posiadających ważny bilet międzynarodowy wystawiony poza granicami Brazylii, na rejsy wykonywane/code sharowane przez TAM (JJ). Bilet musi być opłacony poza granicami Brazylii (transakcja PTA niedopuszczalna).

Validity Period:
Ticketing: 01.01.2007 – 10.06.2007
Until 31.12.2007
Application: Valid for OW/RT/CT flights in Brazil. Code share flights with JJ flight numbers are permitted.
Eligibility: Brazil Airpass is available to passengers with a valid international ticket residing outside Brazil.

Stopovers/Connections:
Stopovers and connections are permitted, but one coupon per flight will be considered. Stopovers and connections are limited to the total number of coupons purchased. EACH FLIGHT IS ALWAYS CONSIDERED AS ONE COUPON.

Routing:
OW/RT/CT/OJ trips are permited. A route may not be flown more than once in the same direction, except for in connection. The same city may not be used as an origin and/or destination more than once, except for a connection. If a ticket is sold in South America (except in Brazil) the flight must begin either in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Manaus or Belem. Ciudad del Este (AGT) can also be considered as part of BAP using JJ* or PZ flights.

Reservations:
All flights must be confirmed before the issue of tickets. TAM BAP must be informed in the reservation as an OSI

Booking Class:
S-Whenever S is not available an upgrade to Z class will be permitted at a charge of USD40 per coupon. Z-Whenever Z is not available an upgrade to H class will be permitted at a charge of USD30 per coupon.

Payment:
Permitted only outside Brazil. PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) is not permitted.

Ticketing:
The airpass ticket must contain a cross reference to the number of the ticket used for international air transportation to Brazil.

Endorsement/Restriction:
TAM BAP/NON ENDO/

Fare Basis:
SBAP07JJ or ZBAP07JJ

Refund:
For an unused ticket, full refund less USD 100. If partially used or after departure the Brazil Airpass is not refundable.

Rebooking/Rerouting:
Voluntary rebooking permitted any time with charge of USD 100 per coupon respecting validity of the airpass; rerouting not permitted

Discounts for Agents:
Not permitted.

Baggage Allowance:
For domestic flights flown in connection with an international routing, the free baggage allowance for the international routing will apply (piece concept or weight system). In other cases, the per-kg cost of excess baggage in Brazil will be 1% of the economy-class fare on the route in question.

Advertising/Sales:
Permitted only outside Brazil. Only one airpass may be sold in connection with the international round-trip ticket to Brazil. All coupons must be purchased before arrival in Brazil. The Brazil Airpas may only be sold by airlines which have signed a travel-document acceptance with TAM. Subject to change without prior notice.
